WHY THIS COLOUR?
A RICH COLOUR – BRIGHT and SHINY
The retailer who sold more than anyone on the Gold Coast Queensland Australia, said the colour should be of the ocean she could see from her window.
So it became a mix of the ancient colour of Lapis Lazuli, Teal, and Cyan.
This colour subtly changes as the sun rises and sets to wish you good health and
good outcomes.

Inspirational and coaching thoughts for each day
Each message repeating every fourth day across the year:
The value of these principles on mood and wellbeing are now based on scientific research and various psychological schools of thought, but were first taught thousands of years ago:
1. Kindness received brings happiness. Kindness given brings double happiness
2. Accept what can’t be changed but observe and honour your feelings
3. Happiness can grow when you stop look and see the small joyful moments
4. Imagine yourself achieving your goal then make your plan of action to achieve it
In June 2022 Stephanie was running a small business from home so that she could also look after the family and attend school functions.
Stephanie aims for resilience and balance in her life by a daily run and a weekly 2 hours at an afternoon movie or book club with husband or friends and enjoying helping extended family and looking after pets.
She and her partner caught Covid in 2022 and we wish them well. She stores the diaries so that she can archive a historical record for health and family activities. She has 10. Years of records so far.
Helen and Brett used to leave the diary on the kitchen bench so their daughters could add in school events.. 12 years later and post retirement, Helen and Brett leave it on the bench so both can synchronize their activities, and the plastic envelope at back holds all the bills and notices.
Sue is a farmer on the outskirts of Canberra. She contacted us to say how much she relies on the diary in her life.
Joe is a Tradie – Electrician. After an amicable separation he is renovating an older house after work.
He enjoys taking his three children on weekend walking holidays. At work the diary lives on the ute’s front passenger seat.
A Friday for Steve sometimes looks like this:
He says the diary helps him plan work and family life separately but all on the same page and he finds the medical page very useful because his daughter has a chronic illness and needs regular treatment. By stopping and writing in the diary, he says it stops his midnight worrying about what he might forget.
Mary has been in a wheelchair since the car accident. She depends on the diary to keep her spirits up by planning events ahead and being reminded of the past ones.
Her Support workers and family write in the diary so she knows who is coming when. This gives her space in her day to have freedom to have uninterrupted peace to do her reading or projects that she tracks on Annual Record page. Otherwise she was always waiting and wondering if someone was about to arrive.
John is a scientist who becomes very absorbed in work. He uses the diary to plan 3 monthly events with the family and his partner goes through the day pages at the beginning of the year and writes birthdays on the day pages and on the monthly planners and makes suggestions for gifts on the purchasing planner..
